I’m Illia, a Product Designer based in Berlin.

Hi, I’m Illia, a UX designer
based in Berlin.

I began my design career in Kyiv as a UI/UX designer, creating websites across various industries. To strengthen my skills and work with top-tier companies, I completed UX Design and Mobile App Design courses.

After moving to Germany, I completed a 6-month UX Design program at CareerFoundry, which helped me deepen my skills in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.

Currently, I work as a product designer focused on optimizing premium features, subscriptions, and paywalls. I use user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design to create solutions that balance user experience with business goals — collaborating closely with product managers, analysts, and developers.

My journey into interface design began in 2020 in a digital agency and within six months as a web designer, I realized I wanted to do more.
After taking my first UX design course, I joined a marketing agency where tried to apply my new knowledge and advocate for user-centered design.

So, I finished a few courses such as UX Design Beginning and Mobile Apps Design
before I moved to Germany. Craved to dive deeper into user-centered design and finally find that position as a UX designer I finished the UX Immersion course to consolidate and enhance my skills.

Now I crave to apply my experience primarily in e-commerce/fashion retail products because I have experience in this field as a stylist and sales manager, also my course project was related to this field, and I love fashion and am curious about user behavior and needs in this field.

I’m curious about interesting events and new connections. Please reach me out
